Since I don't live in a tropical climate I need "tropical climate type food" in my life as much as possible and this does the trick!
(Serves about three)
1/2 box of rice noodles
1/2 bunch kale
1/2 bunch romaine
1 salmon filet
1/2 large avocado
1/3 bunch parsley
2 garlic green onions
1/2 cup pickled ginger
4 pieces crushed seaweed crackers
Chop all vegetables and set aside.
Kale - Massage lemon juice and 1tsp sea salt
Salmon - dry salmon then add garlic powder, salt, and sliced lemon on top. Bake salmon in the oven for 20 minutes at 450F.
Noodles - bring water to a boil, add noodles with a dash of salt until done.
Mix all ingredients together.
