At Home Poke Bowl

Since I don't live in a tropical climate I need "tropical climate type food" in my life as much as possible and this does the trick!



Ingredients :

(Serves about three)

  • 1/2 box of rice noodles

  • 1/2 bunch kale

  • 1/2 bunch romaine

  • 1 salmon filet

  • 1/2 large avocado

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/3 bunch parsley

  • 2 garlic green onions

  • 1/2 cup pickled ginger

  • 4 pieces crushed seaweed crackers

  • sea salt

  • garlic powder

  • 1/2 lemon

  • soy sauce

Directions :

  1. Chop all vegetables and set aside.

  2. Kale - Massage lemon juice and 1tsp sea salt

  3. Salmon - dry salmon then add garlic powder, salt, and sliced lemon on top. Bake salmon in the oven for 20 minutes at 450F.

  4. Noodles - bring water to a boil, add noodles with a dash of salt until done.

  5. Mix all ingredients together.
