My life's purpose is to help people live their happiest, healthiest lives.

Health and wellness have been at the center of my life in one way or another since I was a child growing up in my family's business, a dance studio, and having family members in the medical field who were interested in holistic health. Over the past decade, it has grown into a passion and career of my own. Helping people navigate the media-driven world of diet culture and health misconceptions is what I'm here to simplify. Everyone's body is different, and everyone's journey to their healthiest state looks different.

Throughout college, I worked at a juice bar where I learned about all things health and nutrition. I was surrounded by health experts and was fascinated by how much food could help people's health. I remember a customer who came in often, and one day she shared with me that just six months ago she had stage four cancer and after changing her diet and exercise, she was then completely cancer free. This moment has stuck with me and inspired me to share the amazing possibilities of holistic wellness with everyone I meet.

There were points during my late teens and early twenties when I had limited access to basic health resources including healthy food, transportation, and fitness outlets. I truly credit my personal and professional and mental and physical progress to my priority of foundational health practices like taking supplements, prioritizing whole foods as much as possible, walking outside often, mindfulness and prayer, inspirational content, and finding alignment within my current state and goal life.

Fast forward five+ years, and I have witnessed and learned how much influence local, state and federal policies and politics have over our access and choice to live a healthy life. I am on a mission to engage with communities to help make healthy foods and movement more accessible to them. I am advocating for healthier food in schools and offices, and less incentives for unhealthy foods to be more easily accessible and the most affordable.

Nutrition, exercise, community, sleep, and habits are what make up your lifestyle. To improve Hoosier health, we must work together to support healthy lifestyles, community and statewide.
