Every summer I feel the urge to reconnect with myself, check in to how I'm tracking to the year's goals, and simply tune in to ME. I like to take some "selfish" time to spend extra time on myself, for myself.
The Summer Reset is here for you to dedicate three days to YOU. Your mindset, nutrition, movement, and daily practices. In the reset, you'll find recipes, workouts, and daily routines to catapult your life into the next great phase.
The halfway point through the year is a perfect time to reset. Reset your home - clean and purge your space. Reset your body - evaluate your diet, eat whole foods that feel and taste good for you, move your body in different ways often. Reset your mind - dig deep into who you are and who you want to be - notice how you spend your time and how you feel doing so.
The goal, along with the goals you set yourself, is to feel more like yourself and prepared energetically and physically to take on the rest of the year.
