3/4 cup - vanilla yogurt of choice
1 tbsp - hemp seeds
1/2 tbsp - chia seeds
top with granola of choice - Nutrail, Ratio, Catalina Crunch, Blue Stripes
SMOOTHIE-BASED
3/4 cup - frozen mango or banana
1 scoop - protein powder of choice
1 tbsp - hemp seeds
1/2 tbsp - chia seeds
Topping -
1 tbsp - hemp seeds
1/2 tbsp - chia seeds
granola of choice - Nutrail, Ratio, Catalina Crunch, Blue Stripes
